Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage onboarding from offer to day one, ensuring regulatory readiness for healthcare audits and accreditation standards at our Meridian, ID home office.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and leaders to keep files compliant, coordinate orientation, and drive a smooth candidate and employee experience in a fast-growing behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years of HR, onboarding, compliance, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employment documentation requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
  • High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition

Location: On site at ourHome Office in Meridian, ID

Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekends 8am-5pm MST

Compensation: $19-24/hour

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a key member of the Northpoint HR & TA team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for new hires across the organization while maintaining full regulatory readiness for healthcare audits and accreditation standards. This position is responsible for managing pre-hire onboarding workflows, auditing employee files for compliance with regulatory requirements (including The Joint Commission and Department of Health standards), and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and operational leaders to ensure new team members are fully prepared for success from day one. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a key liaison between recruitment, HR operations, and facility leadership to drive consistency, compliance, and a high-quality candidate and employee experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance through first day readiness.

Reporting & Metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting related to onboarding and compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on onboarding status, compliance gaps, and readiness metrics.
  • Track trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance outcomes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of HR, onboarding, compliance, or talent acquisition experience required
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employment documentation requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
  • High attention to detail and compliance mindset
  • Experience with communication & relationship building with stakeholders of various levels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with The Joint Commission or healthcare accreditation standards
  • Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, behavioral health, or similar)
  • HRIS and ATS experience (Paycom or Greenhouse preferred)
