Job summary

Compass Health Center in Falls Church, VA, is expanding its PHP/IOP programs to build adolescent and adult psychiatry services. You will join an interdisciplinary team, leading treatment plans and delivering daily care across PHP/IOP settings in a mission-driven environment.

As a Psychiatrist, you will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to innovate patient care while meeting clinical quality standards and documentation policies.

Qualifications

• BE or BC in Virginia.
• Ability to obtain Virginia license and DEA certification.
• Licensed or able to obtain licensure within states Compass provides services.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, and ACT therapy modalities.
• Excellent communication and executive functioning skills.

This interdisciplinary team of trailblazers will build our adolescent and adult programs from the ground up alongside the leadership of well-established clinicians and doctors working in PHP/IOP behavioral health care for the past decade.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent or Adult Psychiatrist who is passionate about addressing the current nationwide behavioral health crisis, while leading interdisciplinary treatment teams within an organization that is redefining the standard of comprehensive PHP/IOP care. You will play a pivotal role in a growing, mission-driven environment that accommodates psychiatrist autonomy to create innovative and individualized treatments for each patient.

What You'll Do
