Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition function across California and other PMH Regions. Partners with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to update, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with the Applicant Tracking System and talent acquisition process. Generates recruitment reports and metrics, providing analysis and recommendations based on data themes.

Responsibilities
  1. Assigns job requisitions to appropriate categories and recruitment staff, ensuring data integrity through audits and adherence to standards. Provides ad hoc reports as requested.
  2. Monitors and posts internal and external job openings. Analyzes data errors, advises on resolutions, and identifies potential FLSA and compensation discrepancies.
  3. Uses systems such as Taleo, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Broadbeam.
  4. Oversees the Healthcare Source Applicant and Reference Assessment processes, resolving issues and identifying risks.
  5. Reviews and approves job offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  6. Monitors the PAF process for offers, resolving obstacles, and providing reports with data analysis.
  7. Researches and analyzes issues, coordinates recruitment events, and provides customer support via email and phone.
  8. Provides training and updates to staff, covering workload and related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Three years of recruitment-related experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Prior HR experience in a healthcare setting.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience with Oracle Cloud ATS and/or HRIS, a Bachelor's Degree, and PHR Certification. Pay rate ranges from $23.27 to $32.00.
