The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by completing general administrative duties, maintaining the driver eligibility monitoring system, and assisting with recruitment and the new hire pre/on-boarding process, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

This is a 30+ hour position working in the office, Monday-Friday days, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensure Driver File Compliance under FMSCA regulations by maintaining and monitoring the driver monitoring systems.
  2. Process position and change user requests forms; including obtaining approvals, maintaining the open positions list, adding open positions to the HRIS, and coordinating with IT on updates to forms as needed.
  3. Maintain and update career pages on social media and/or chamber as directed by the Talent Acquisition team.
  4. Assist with Talent Acquisition recruiting and onboarding tasks.
  5. Assist the Volunteer Resources team.
  6. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Minimum qualifications:
  1. 1-2 years of customer service and/or office administration support experience.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; database experience preferred.
  3. High school diploma or equivalent.
  4. Strong organizational and computer skills.
  5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. Commitment to ImpactLife’s mission and regulatory compliance, with ongoing support and effective communication.
  7. Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
