Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Remote Red Team Manager to lead red team engagements, coordinate testing activities, and oversee the team’s day-to-day operations. You will manage vendor relationships and prepare executive-facing reports with mitigations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in red team/penetration testing, 3+ years in leadership, and hands-on expertise with Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

The future of cybersecurity starts with you. **About the Role:**The Red Team Manager will work with a team of cyber security ninjas to perform red team activities simulating known threat actors, to help CrowdStrike customers train to detect adversaries and stop breaches. This person is expected to be able to coordinate with senior leadership, plan, and oversee execution of assessments and assist the other CrowdStrike Services’ functions to help improve customers' security defense.
