Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Department: People Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Location: Houston, TX – Onsite
Persona AI is developing and commercializing rugged, multi-purpose humanoid robots that perform real work. Persona AI's founding team has a decades-long history in humanoid robotics, bionics, and product development delivering robust hardware that has touched the stars, worked miles below the surface of the ocean, and even roamed Disney Parks. Our mission is focused squarely on shipping beautiful, reliable products at massive scale, while building a customer-focused team to achieve these aims.
We offer competitive compensation, a performance-based bonus, 99% employer covered medical benefits, early-stage equity, competitive PTO, and a company-wide paid winter break consisting of seven consecutive days off between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day.
You’ll shape technology that’s redefining the possibilities of robotics and human interaction.
Work alongside passionate teammates who value creativity and continuous learning.
You’ll own the systems that keep our hiring running, with the tools and trust to build them your way.
We’re looking for a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our People team and keep hiring moving across manufacturing, operations, and corporate as we scale humanoid robot production in Houston. You’ll be the central point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams, and the person who makes a complex process feel effortless from the outside.
We fly in candidates from across the country every week, and you’ll own that experience end to end, from the moment their flight is booked to the moment they walk onto our floor.
This position is fully onsite at our Houston corporate office, five days a week, right where the robots get built.
Own interview scheduling end to end including multi-panel on sites, shift-based interviews, and last-minute changes.
Book and manage all candidate travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and serve as their point of contact throughout the trip, including when flights get delayed or plans change at the last minute.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from first outreach through offer, and host them onsite in a way that reflects well on Persona AI.
Support high-volume and hourly manufacturing hiring by managing candidate flow, coordinating batch interviews and hiring events, and keeping pipelines moving.
Handle onsite interview logistics, including conference room booking, interviewer coverage, and day-of scheduling changes.
Maintain accurate, current data in our ATS so that reporting, compliance, and process consistency hold up as we grow.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on panel coverage, debrief scheduling, and offer logistics.
Build the templates, workflows, and documentation that let recruiting scale, and flag bottlenecks like stalled candidates or slow-moving searches before they cost us a hire.
Support new hire onboarding logistics in partnership with People Operations.
3+ years of experience in a coordinating, administrative, or customer-facing role. Prior experience in a recruiting or HR environment is highly preferred.
Exceptional organization and follow-through, with the ability to hold many moving pieces at once and let nothing drop.
Experience booking and managing business travel, and the composure to solve problems in real time when an itinerary falls apart.
Clear, warm written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Comfort managing calendars across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and production shift schedules, with sound judgment about when to solve something yourself and when to elevate.
A proactive, service-mindful approach and genuine care for the experience of everyone who moves through our process.
Comfortable working with ambiguity where processes are still being built, and eager to help build them.
Discretion and experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Experience supporting high-volume, hourly, or manufacturing hiring.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar, and with Google Workspace or Outlook scheduling tools.
Experience with corporate travel or expense platforms such as Ramp or similar systems.
Experience coordinating interviews in a manufacturing, robotics, industrial, aerospace, or other production environment.
Interest in robotics, AI, or advanced manufacturing, and existing ties to the Houston talent community.
