Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Pay Rate: $32-$37/hr

Contract Duration: 6-9 months

Location: Remote (must be local to Boston, MA)

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the hospital’s recruiting efforts by providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role acts as a liaison between recruiters, staffing coordinators, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process. The coordinator also participates in marketing efforts and recruitment events to enhance the hospital’s talent strategy and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support for recruiting activities, ensuring smooth operations throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as a resource to Staffing Coordinators, Recruiters, and internal departments regarding employment procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership on projects, taking the lead when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment and marketing initiatives aligned with hiring goals.
  • Plan and lead recruitment events such as job fairs and community outreach programs.
  • Act as the first contact for employment inquiries and manage onboarding for new hires, including offer letters, health screenings, and orientation.
  • Manage job requisitions in the hospital’s ATS, ensuring accurate and timely postings.
  • Process recruitment invoices and maintain budget spreadsheets.
  • Represent the hospital at career fairs and open houses to promote employment opportunities.
