Job description

We are currently accepting resumes for a Talent Acquisition Coord Sr position in Columbus, OH.

This position is Remote.

The Selected Candidate Will Perform The Following Duties

Provides support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department, including scheduling interviews, onboarding candidates, and post-employment activities. Assists personnel involved in the client’s Talent Acquisition process with organizational and administrative tasks. Works accurately and in a timely manner under limited supervision, exercising independent judgment.

Essential Job Functions

Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process, delivering a positive candidate experience.

Schedules interviews, coordinates with candidates, managers, and interview teams. Arranges travel accommodations for candidates and processes reimbursement requests.

Ensures applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and timely, and audits information for accuracy and compliance. Conducts new hire orientations as assigned.

Schedules and tracks drug tests and physicals, monitors background check results, and manages on-site files.

Assists with employment tests as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Work Experience: Six years in the field or related area, with experience in various business situations that develop confidentiality, maturity, discretion, tact, judgment, and initiative. Knowledge of HR recruiting policies and full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

This remote position requires residence within 50 miles of Columbus, OH, Tulsa, OK, or Roanoke, VA.
