Here's What Your 2025 Will Look Like

  • Jan–May: Embark on recruitment journeys to Stanford and MIT, hosting vibrant events and forging relationships with elite CS/ML students.
  • June–Aug: Guide summer program participants, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.
  • Sept–Dec: Leverage your first cycle's insights to amplify your impact for future recruitment endeavors.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Championing dynamic recruitment campaigns on campuses to attract standout CS/ML students.
  • Fostering connections with students, faculty, and university groups to build enduring partnerships.
  • Managing a vibrant talent pipeline with precision to meet ambitious targets.
  • Frequent traveling between Austin, Stanford, and MIT to spearhead recruitment events and foster relationships.

Talent Acquisition Consultant Key Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate a network of 100 top-tier CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through dynamic on-campus engagement and robust relationship-building efforts.

Basic Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in college recruiting or university admissions with a track record of success in high-volume candidate engagement.
  • Proven ability to meet aggressive outreach and conversion goals consistently.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful recruiting/marketing events.
  • Demonstrable success in managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems for tracking candidate pipelines.
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting seasons (January-May, August-November).

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
