What You Will Be Doing

• Driving high-impact recruitment initiatives at Stanford and MIT to source exceptional CS/ML talent.
• Fostering strong relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations to enhance recruitment success.
• Efficiently managing a dynamic talent pipeline to meet and exceed recruitment objectives.
• Executing recruitment events with precision across Austin, Stanford, and MIT, maintaining a high travel cadence.

Talent Acquisition Consultant Key Responsibilities

Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of 100 elite CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through proactive campus engagement and strategic relationship-building.

Basic Requirements

• 1+ years in college recruiting or university admissions with a proven track record of high-volume candidate engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass ambitious outreach and conversion targets.
• Portfolio showcasing successful recruiting and marketing events.
• Proven success in managing complex projects with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems for candidate pipeline management.
• Located in Austin, TX, or open to relocation.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting seasons (January-May, August-November).

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
