What You Will Be Doing

Talent Acquisition Consultant Key Responsibilities

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Build and nurture a powerhouse pipeline of 100 exceptional CS/ML talents from Stanford and MIT through magnetic campus presence and relationship alchemy that turns conversations into opportunities.

Basic Requirements

The Non-Negotiables:

  • A proven track record of at least 1 year in college recruiting or university admissions, with a knack for high-volume talent engagement
  • A history of crushing ambitious outreach goals and conversion targets
  • An impressive arsenal of successful recruitment events that left lasting impressions
  • Battle-tested project management skills with concrete results to show for it
  • Tech-savvy expertise with ATS/CRM systems for candidate tracking
  • Current Austin resident or ready to make the move
  • Prepared for an adventurous lifestyle with up to 75% travel during peak seasons (January-May, August-November)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
