Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support high-volume hiring in our financial services teams. You will guide leaders through sourcing, assessment, and selection to attract top talent while ensuring a fair and inclusive candidate experience.

This temporary role partners with HR and business leaders to align strategies with market trends. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build diverse pipelines, and coach leaders on unbiased interviewing,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting high-volume professional or financial services roles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies.
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver thoughtful, strategic recruiting support across your aligned lines of business. This is a temporary role supporting high-volume hiring within our financial services teams. Base Salary Range $65,600.00 - $92,675.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
