Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
  • Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn, ATS platforms, social media, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines for professional, technical, and business roles.
  • Experience using recruiting technologies including ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong consulting, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging recruiting metrics to support decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, EEO requirements, and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition through offer, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices, labor market trends, compensation considerations, and hiring strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines utilizing sourcing tools, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and approved recruiting workflows to support sourcing, screening, communication, and process consistency.
  • Champion AI adoption within Talent Acquisition by sharing best practices, participating in adoption initiatives, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and pipeline data to drive recruiting effectiveness and support workforce planning decisions.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Manage requisition workflows, approvals, candidate tracking, and reporting within ATS and VMS platforms.
  • Influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation recommendations.
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
  • Support cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing vendors and suppliers.
  • Facilitate supplier communications, candidate reviews, interview coordination, onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and assignment changes for contingent workforce needs.

The base range for this contract position is $35.00 - $45.00per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires across all U.S. locations. Individual compensation is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
