Are you a detail-oriented recruiter who thrives on building efficient processes while delivering a people-first experience? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our client and play a key role in optimizing recruiting operations while driving full-cycle hiring.

This role is perfect for someone who can balance high-level recruiting with operational excellence—crafting engaging job postings, streamlining workflows, leveraging technology, and ensuring candidates and hiring managers feel supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—job intake, posting, screening, outreach, scheduling, interviews, and offers.
  • Optimize our ATS to ensure accuracy, compliance, and candidate communication.
  • Source talent through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening efficiency.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR.
  • 3+ years in TA operations, with hands-on experience in ATS/CRM platforms (ADP strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (ClickUp, HireVire, Copilot a plus).
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and match candidates to roles.
  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices.

Compensation: $93,600
