What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

  • Design and facilitate employee development programs, workshops, and retention strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or talent development, preferably in digital/creative/agency environments
  • Proven ability to execute high-volume recruiting and branding activities
  • Experience managing employer social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR
  • Proficiency in recruiting/talent management software (ATS/HRIS)
  • Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Flexible and resourceful, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with hands-on learning initiatives and employee development programs
