What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority roles and oversee onboarding of new hires
- Enhance the employer brand through active engagement and content creation on LinkedIn
- Design and facilitate employee development programs, workshops, and retention strategies
- Act as a partner to hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the recruiting and development process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4-7 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or talent development, preferably in digital/creative/agency environments
- Proven ability to execute high-volume recruiting and branding activities
- Experience managing employer social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR
- Proficiency in recruiting/talent management software (ATS/HRIS)
- Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Flexible and resourceful, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hands-on learning initiatives and employee development programs
