Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Talent Acceleration (tX) / Talent Development to translate strategy into high-impact, scalable learning and culture programs. Based at our Needham, MA headquarters, you’ll drive day-to-day execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver programs that accelerate careers and strengthen performance.

You will translate priorities into clear plans, manage multiple initiatives, and provide insights to continuously improve.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, HR, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Ability to turn ideas into action with clear plans and execution.
  • Experience running programs end-to-end (logistics, stakeholders, tracking, follow-through).
  • Comfort using data to measure impact and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day execution of Talent Acceleration / Talent Development programs across learning, leadership, performance, and culture.
  • Turn priorities into clear plans -- building timelines, workflows, and tracking progress.
  • Manage multiple programs at once, keeping everything organized and on track.
  • Coordinate logistics and systems behind programs (e.g., onboarding, sessions, tools, communications).
  • Create and maintain playbooks, guides, and documentation so programs can scale.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed programs into how teams work.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on progress, impact, and opportunities to improve.
  • Spot risks or roadblocks early and escalate when needed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Talent Acceleration to align on priorities, trade-offs, and execution decisions.
  • Support and guide program resources (e.g., Co‑op and LMS contractor) on day-to-day work.
  • Use feedback and data to continuously improve the experience and effectiveness of programs.

Job Overview

As a Manager, Talent Acceleration (tX) / Talent Development, you’ll play a key role in bringing our talent, learning, and culture programs to life. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution—turning ideas into well‑run, high‑impact experiences that help our teams grow, perform, and stay connected to what makes SharkNinja unique.

Based in our Needham, MA headquarters and reporting to the Director of Talent Acceleration, you’ll manage the day‑to‑day delivery of key initiatives. The Manager, Talent Acceleration / Talent Development will translate priorities into clear plans, keep programs running smoothly, and provide insights that help us continuously improve.

Our People & Culture team partners closely with the business to build high‑performing teams and accelerate careers. We move quickly, test and learn, and focus on what drives real impact.

What You’ll Do

Salaries and Benefits

Salary and other compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $125,000–$152,700 USD.
