The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team. The Enterprise Applications Services (EAS) team within RTX Technologies Corporate has an immediate opening for an SAP Master Data & Middleware Integration Specialist with over 8 years of expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and middleware technologies.
Responsibilities include working in Talend-based ETL pipeline development, SAP-Kinaxis data synchronization, and real‑time supply chain integration. The candidate should be adept at orchestrating end‑to‑end SAP data migration, validation, and automation processes with compliance to DoD, FDA, and GxP standards, with a proven ability to deliver robust middleware solutions using Talend Studio/Cloud, IDocs, BAPIs, and REST APIs in cloud‑native (AWS/Azure) environments. The candidate should have extensive experience collaborating with global teams on SAP master data optimization, SAP‑Ariba integration, and multi‑system data harmonization. Some travel to various Raytheon sites is required to support requirements gathering, solution testing and deployment support activities.

Salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
