Job summary

P.F. Chang's in Las Vegas is hiring for a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist. You will ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, handling orders for curbside pickup and taking care of packaging, labeling, and delivery to guests.

You’ll guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and provide outstanding hospitality while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Training is provided; prior experience isn’t required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible shifts.
• No previous experience required; trained by us.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take-out or curbside experience by handling orders as described.
• Understand the menu to guide guests and answer questions.
• Deliver hospitality, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
