Job summary

PF. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist in Michigan. You will prepare and deliver takeout orders, assist guests with menu selections, and provide a warm, guest-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience not required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card or obtain one.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in guest orders for takeout/curbside.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup and ensure hospitality.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
