• Possess strong menu knowledge to accurately take and place guest orders, including modifications or requests.
• Use the POS system to place orders, process payments, gift card sales, and perform basic math for transactions.
• Coordinate and manage takeout order pickups with accurate wait times in partnership with managers.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and correct order preparation.
• Organize and prioritize multiple orders, ensuring accuracy and avoiding delays.
• Package and check to-go orders for accuracy and quality.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures and maintain cleanliness.
