Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 45 lbs. for long periods.
• Assist with operation of machine you are assigned to.
• Must be able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform take up and pay off operations as required.
• Layer wind cable to customer specified ship out length and reel.
• Operate per the applicable procedures and maintain line function.
• Change out reels of cable while maintaining line function.
• Utilize tagging system to label reels and ensure quality.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs to machines and assist line operator.
