You’ll maintain strong knowledge of menu items, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure orders are accurate, ready for pickup, and billed correctly, while upholding CPK’s high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Take-Out Specialists take guest orders via walk‑in, phone, or online platforms and coordinate with Third Party delivery partners.
• Prepare all orders for pickup and monitor curbside pickup for parked guests in designated area.
• Collect payments, provide accurate quotes for orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
