Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Take-Out Specialist dedicated to friendly, accurate order fulfillment and guest hospitality. You will handle in-person, phone, and online orders while coordinating with third-party delivery services to ensure timely pickups.

From preparing orders to collecting payments and monitoring curbside pickup, you’ll play a key role in delivering the CPK experience. Flexible shifts and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organized individuals with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of menu items and packaging is preferred.
• Ability to capture guest orders in-person, by phone, and online.

Responsibilities

• Capture walk-in and phone orders; coordinate with third-party delivery partners.
• Prepare orders for pickup and monitor curbside for parked guests.
• Take payments and provide accurate quote times; ensure guest satisfaction.
