  • Support the Take-off Technology and Data Manager in applying system standards, naming conventions, and file structures for all take-off operations.
  • Serve as a technical resource to take-off team members on software usage, database updates, and workflow questions.
  • Support collaboration with operations teams to help ensure work breakdown structure (WBS) and status utilization goals are achieved.
  • Assist in monitoring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency between take-off models and take-off reports.
  • Support Procurement coordination efforts to track vendor/manufacturer price updates and integrate changes into the take-off database in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with VDC and Engineering teams to help ensure take-off standards align with model-based estimating workflows.
  • Assist with analysis of take-off data for accuracy and variance trends to help identify training or process improvement needs.
  • Support preconstruction reporting, dashboards, and analytics related to take-off volume, accuracy, and efficiency metrics.
