Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse in the United States, is looking for enthusiastic team members in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will deliver friendly service, take orders, process payments, and ensure guests have a great AUS-SOME dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, sharing menu recommendations, handling calls, and supporting all restaurant areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Able to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware and technology systems.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual abilities including distance, color, depth and peripheral vision.
• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.

• Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, ensuring every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled. Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers.
• Accurately processes orders, accepts payment in a friendly and timely manner, anticipates guests needs while ensuring each order is complete and correct.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
