Job summary

A technology services firm is looking for a Tailoring Developer I to customize the web-based applications of their SaaS platform. The role includes collaborative work with senior developers and requires creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills. Overview

The Tailoring Developer I (TD I) works to tailor the engines that power the DataServ SaaS platform for our clients. This position tailors leading edge web-based applications. The Tailoring Team Lead and Full Stack Developer III team members mentor this position as needed.

Geographic Availability

We are currently hiring this position in the following states: Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Washington, Connecticut, Georgia, and Florida.

Responsibilities

• Tailor engines that power the DataServ APIA SaaS platform for clients.
• Tailor leading edge web-based applications as part of the DataServ product suite.
• Collaborate with the Tailoring Team Lead and Full Stack Developer III; seek mentorship as needed.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

• Zero to 4 years' experience in related area/industry.
• Thorough understanding of full application development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
• Familiarity with source repositories preferred.
• SQL and NoSQL Database familiarity preferred.
• Familiarity with Design Patterns a plus.
• Experience with test driven development a plus.
• Experience writing development documentation a plus.
