Starting 57k (Provisional) - 62k (Fully Licensed)
This position is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the Tailored Care Management (TCM) staff in an outpatient center. The center TCM team is responsible for providing comprehensive TCM services to identified populations. This position reports directly to the Center Director. This position is responsible for all care management operations and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Position offers on-going mentoring, coaching and training to TCM staff. Assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand and that staff meet all training requirements.
Provides supervision to clinical care managers, extenders (based on ratios in most current DHHS TCM Manual), and administrative oversight to support teams.
Meets Behavioral Health TCM supervisor qualifications as outlined in most recent DHHS TCM Manual. Master’s level fully or provisionally licensed LCSW, LCAS, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT or RN. At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. Prefer (3) Three years’ experience providing care management, case management, or care coordination to the population served.
