Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a skilled Tailor/Fitter to provide exceptional service through expert tailoring. You will measure customers, perform fittings, and complete alterations to Nordstrom standards while collaborating with the Alterations & Store Team.

Qualifications

• Prior fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred (2–3 years).
• Clear, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and alter garments as needed.
• Perform fittings on time and complete alterations per Nordstrom guidelines.
• Meet productivity goals while following processes and procedures.
• Use store technology to manage and organize alterations.
• Collaborate with Alterations & Store Team to meet customer expectations.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.
