Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.

• Manage alteration requests using store technology and follow proper processes.
• Educate customers and employees about fit, style, construction, and trends.
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store teams to deliver excellent customer service.
