• Ability to perform alterations and repairs to garment standards.
• Experience with customer fittings and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations and repairs on a variety of garments and materials according to standards and customer specs.
• Manage fittings with customers, greet them, and ensure a warm, accurate fitting experience.
• Monitor sewing deadlines and ensure garments are completed on or before promised dates.
• Maintain supplies and equipment, organize the workspace, and report issues to the Alterations Manager.
• Communicate pricing, timelines, and promises to customers and thank them at checkout.
• Stay current with fashion and garment best-fit practices and use POS systems.
