Sierra Watch in the Tahoe-Truckee region is seeking a Field Organizer to mobilize public support for conservation efforts. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and is based in a field office with support from headquarters in Nevada City, California.

You will lead outreach, recruit volunteers, and build online engagement to turn local passion for the mountains into effective campaigns that protect Sierra resources and communities.

Qualifications

• Professional organizing or equivalent experience.
• Ability to set priorities, act independently, and lead initiatives.

• Represent Sierra Watch in the Tahoe-Truckee community.
