Job summary

The Sierra Club in the United States is seeking an experienced field campaign organizer to design campaign strategies that build grassroots power for climate justice. You will collaborate with chapter directors, volunteers, and staff to develop state and multi-state plans.

You will coach organizers and volunteer leaders, mentor emerging leaders, and represent the Club to officials, media, and coalitions, advancing environmental and racial justice goals.
