Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a production associate to operate a pad printing machine and apply tagless labels to garments.

The role reports to the Inventory Supervisor and runs Monday through Friday, 8a-4p, with a pay rate of $15 per hour. A typical day includes removing tags, printing branding and care information, folding garments, and preparing them for the next production step; additional duties may include pulling orders, verifying garments, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team.
• Accuracy is required; must be able to print design on appropriate area on garment.
• Must understand order form and be able to count.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
• Must be self-directed & self-motivated.
• Knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.; must be able to pick up new software skills quickly.
• Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs/day.

Responsibilities

• Remove tag from garment and print branded design onto garment.
• Operate pad print machine using a foot pedal to transfer design onto garment.
• Fold garments and place in box for the next production step.
• Pull orders of garments for production teams as needed.
• Verify correct garment, color and sizes by weighing/counting garments.
• Maintain aisles: keep racks clear, cleaned and organized.
• Follow the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
