Job summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is seeking Lumber Taggers / Groundskeepers for a full-time position with competitive pay and a full benefits package. This role supports our distribution and yard operations, tagging merchandise, assisting with fence panels, and maintaining inventory and site housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Lumber experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Attaches product tag labels to merchandise, material, or product with hand-held industrial stapler machine
• Assists in assembling fence panels and other products using a nail gun
• Checks items for proper identification
• Reports quality deficiencies, shortages, and/or damaged goods
• Keeps record of inventory and checks items for proper identification
• Maintains housekeeping requirements throughout facility
• Other duties: painting, striping, trimming grass/weeds, emptying trash bins & hoppers, etc.

Summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc., producer of YellaWood brand Pressure-Treated Pine is seeking Lumber Taggers / Groundskeepers. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a full benefit package.
