CareBuilders at Home seeks a compassionate Tagalog-speaking caregiver to support our Plano/Allen senior clients in their homes. You’ll provide language-matched care, companionship, and personal support per the plan of care. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and flexible scheduling, with starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support per the plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Support light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer culturally respectful, language-matched care and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with family.
• Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies and HIPAA.
• Use reliable transportation to reach client homes and ensure safety.
