Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a freelance Tagalog linguist in the Philippines to support localization projects across Marketing, Legal, Online Help, Product and Support.

Responsibilities include translation, copy editing, linguistic review, quality assurance, and MTPE from English into Tagalog (Philippines). This daily engagement covers 1-2 hours of work for a leading global technology company. Flexible schedule and remote collaboration offered to accommodate project needs.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog (Philippines) with strong command of English.
• Professional experience in Marketing, Legal, Online Help, Product and Support translation/localization.
• Experience with CAT tools is required.
• BA in Linguistics/Translation or at least +3 years of experience.
• Great communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform translation, copy edit and review for Marketing, Legal, Online Help, Product and Support content.
• Work within specific client platforms.
• Meet agreed turnaround times and quality standards for daily deliveries.
