This remote, project-based role offers flexible hours and compensation up to $40/hr, with the potential to earn more on complex tasks. You’ll join a community that values natural code-switching and clear English explanations.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog.
• Comfort with the po and opo politeness markers and natural code-switching.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Review translations between English and Tagalog for meaning, flow, and respect markers.
• Rate and rank model output in Tagalog, catching stiff verb forms and unnatural, over-formal phrasing.
• Write the better version when the model falls short, including the everyday mix of Tagalog and English.
