Job Responsibilities

Program Highlights

• Theoretical Classroom Sessions: You'll start by attending engaging theory classes where you'll learn about the history of watchmaking, different watch movements, tools, and industry standards.
• Practical Training: Get hands-on experience with our workshop equipment under the guidance of our expert watchmakers and technicians. Learn how to dismantle, clean, repair, and reassemble various watch components.
• On-the-Job Coaching: Work side by side with our top-tier professionals on real watch servicing projects. Gain valuable insights, receive personalized mentorship, and refine your skills in a supportive and multifaceted environment.
• Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a certification that recognizes your proficiency in watch servicing as a TAG Heuer technician. This certification will grant the opportunity to be offered positions within our organization or connected with our industry partners.

Profile

Selection Process: We believe in giving everyone an equal opportunity to showcase their potential. Once you submit your application and resume, selected candidates will be invited for a 30-minute Zoom interview to assess their motivation and commitment. Following the interview, chosen candidates will be invited to a full day session of skill testing. This bench test will allow us to evaluate your practical skills, dexterity, and attention to detail.
