HomeTeam is seeking a dedicated Installer to service homes within the Pineville, NC area. You will follow a route schedule, install the Taexx system, perform termite treatments, and interact with builders and managers to meet deadlines. A professional appearance and customer-focused service are essential.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and a valid driver’s license plus the ability to obtain termite licensing are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver�s license and ability to obtain termite licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
