The Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a Taekwondo Instructor to lead martial arts sessions for children and adults at our Buda location. You will plan engaging classes, teach Taekwondo and Jiu-Jitsu, and foster confidence, discipline, and teamwork in a fun, safe setting.
Ideal candidates hold a Black Belt, CPR/First Aid, and prior youth coaching experience, with a commitment to inclusivity and community impact.
Our Martial Arts Program teach es children how to use their strength effectively, maintain cardiovascular fitness, and improve flexibility and coordination. Embracing the mental and spiritual elements of martial arts will help students build confidence, self-control, and self-esteem. As a Taekwondo Instructor, you help students develop and master skills in Taekwondo & Jiu-Jitsu. Most importantly, you show children that Martial Arts is fun!
