The UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (inside the Park City Center Mall) is seeking a part-time Taekwondo Coach responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. The coach will deliver Group Classes to adult members (14+ yrs old). Evening and/or weekend schedules are available. This position is part-time, 2-3 hours per week, with additional personal training opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales execution on key metrics, including conducting private and small group training sessions and encouraging member involvement.
2. Member experience, including conducting safe and effective private training sessions and maintaining the organization and presentation of the training spaces.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Taekwondo coaching experience.
• Experience instructing and working with multi-level students.
• Ability to guide and educate members on programs and expectations.
• Knowledge of company policies, emergency, and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Extroverted, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
