Corps Solutions in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Tactical Trainer to support Trackless Mobile Infantry Target (TMIT) operations at Camp Pendleton. The role involves assisting with training events, equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring system readiness for live-fire exercises.

You will conduct pre-operation inspections, manage after-action reviews, monitor performance, and help maintain safety and security procedures while collaborating with the Site Lead and Senior Tactical Trainer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Professional Military Education appropriate to rank at separation or retirement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Lead and Senior Tactical Trainer in executing TMIT operations at the assigned location and during deployed training events.
• Prepare, coordinate, and execute support to TMIT training events, including setup and operation of HEKTR robotic target systems during live-fire training.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of vehicles, trailers, and HEKTR systems, perform first-echelon maintenance and ensure equipment is ready for training.
• Provide After-Action Review (AAR) for the training event and data management for all AAR activities.
• Monitor system performance and report operational status; assist with preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support safe and effective execution of training activities by providing operational expertise on system employment.
• Assist with maintaining current site work instructions and share best practices for continuous improvement.
