Job summary

Goldbelt Apex in Portland, OR, is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to support USSOCOM POTFF with comprehensive pre-habilitative conditioning, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.

The role requires developing individualized programs, assessing movement, monitoring workload, and coordinating with rehab staff to return to duty. Travel and Secret Clearance eligibility are expected. Medical, dental, vision, and other benefits accompany competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• NSCA CSCS Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of strength and conditioning experience.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Occasional travel may be required in support of military training events, exercises, annual training, meetings, or other mission requirements.
• Must be willing and able to travel as required in support of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized performance programs.
• Conduct fitness and movement assessments.
• Monitor workload and recovery.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation staff during return-to-duty.
• Analyze performance metrics.
• Educate operators on injury prevention.
• Maintain program documentation.
