Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead periodized training for Army Reserve personnel, improving readiness and reducing injury risk. You'll work within an interdisciplinary Human Performance Team, collaborate with dietitians and trainers, and travel across the Pacific region.

A CSCS or CSCCa, a bachelor's in Exercise Science, and CPR/BLS are required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Certification: CSCS (NSCA) or SCCC (CSCCa) required.
• Current CPR/BLS with AED.
• Minimum of three years designing and implementing strength and conditioning for tactical populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement periodized strength and conditioning programs.
• Design and deliver evidence-based programs to improve readiness and AFT outcomes.
• Conduct physical performance assessments and teach proper exercise techniques.
• Create educational materials and training resources for the Army Reserve environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to integrate physical readiness, nutrition, injury prevention, and cognitive performance.
