Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services currently seeks a Tactical Security Supervisor/Officer for the Horn Lake, MS area. The role emphasizes situational awareness, risk anticipation, and rapid response across diverse sites, including retail and transport environments.

The position requires the ability to stand and walk during the full shift and to pass a thorough screening; previous security supervision is preferred, with a valid U.S. work authorization and optional first aid certification.

Qualifications

• Security Supervisor experience preferred
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Supervise 2nd Shift officers on designated days
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Supervisor / Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Valid Driver's License Required (Must be at least 21 years of age)
• Flex schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift, 2pm-10pm (Fri - Tues)
