GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Guard for a part-time 3rd shift in Merriam, KS. You will patrol various environments, verify access, and respond quickly to incidents, with a focus on maintaining safety and security across sites.

Requirements include being 21+, valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the U.S. Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus; a background check and drug screening will follow an offer.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Be able to provide High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
