Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer in Denver, CO. The role requires guarding duties, access control, and rapid response to incidents, with a heavy emphasis on safety and compliance.

The position offers a set schedule (Wed-Sun, 4PM-12AM), a $24.75/hour wage, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, paid holidays, disability, and life insurance. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license, if required

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
