GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Tactical Security Officer – Transportation. You will patrol diverse environments, read the environment, and act to anticipate and neutralize risks.

This role requires readiness for night hours and standing/walking throughout shifts. The position offers a set weekend schedule, competitive pay of $18.25 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401(k) with matching, PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Patrols of sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
