Job summary

GardaWorld Security is hiring a Tactical Paramedic Officer to patrol areas such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. Strong observation and risk anticipation skills are essential as you move through your shift and respond to incidents.

Two 36-hour weekly shifts are offered: 6:00am–6:00pm and 6:00pm–6:00am at the Wittman, AZ site. The role offers a competitive wage of $25.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• You may have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
