Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard?

• Set schedule: Part-time, Tuesday through Friday, 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., 32 hours
• Competitive hourly wage of $23.80/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

In this role, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risks, and act accordingly is crucial. Your keen observation skills are highly valued.

Physical ability is essential as you will be patrolling various environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc., throughout your shift.

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas for suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check alarms and cameras functioning properly
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
